2. Why we always recommend the free trial first
To avoid any disappointment, we strongly suggest you take advantage of our free 24-hour test before subscribing. The trial gives you full access to our channel list, sports feeds, and on-demand library on your own device. If the service works for you during the trial, it will work for you once you subscribe.
3. What's covered
You're eligible for a refund within the first 7 days if:
- The service is fundamentally unavailable on your end and our support team can't get it working on any of your devices.
- The channels or content advertised on our subscription page are materially missing from your line-up due to an issue on our side.
- The stream quality is consistently below what we've advertised, and the issue is verifiably on our infrastructure (not your internet connection).
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount in error.
4. What's not covered
We cannot offer a refund in the following situations:
- Outside the 7-day window. Refund requests submitted after day 7 of your subscription cannot be processed.
- Insufficient internet. IPTV requires a stable connection of at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50+ Mbps for 4K. If your home internet doesn't meet that, we can't refund the subscription β we'll happily help you troubleshoot.
- Incompatible hardware. Very old smart TVs, outdated boxes, or unsupported devices may struggle with modern streams. We list compatible devices clearly on our Channels page.
- Refusal to troubleshoot. If you decline to work with our support team to resolve a technical issue, we're unable to determine whether the problem is on our side, and a refund cannot be issued.
- Account sharing or abuse. Subscriptions found to be shared across multiple unauthorised users, resold, or used to violate our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
- Renewals. Renewal payments are non-refundable. You'll always receive a renewal reminder before any charge β make sure to message us if you don't want to continue.
- Specific content removal. Channel line-ups, sports rights, and on-demand titles change over time as broadcasters and rights-holders update. The temporary loss of a single channel is not grounds for a full refund.
5. How to request a refund

- Our support team will troubleshoot with you. If we can't resolve the issue within 24 hours, we'll process the refund.

6. How and when refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the same payment method you used to purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider:
- Card payments β typically 3 to 7 business days.
- Bank transfers β typically 1 to 3 business days.
- Cryptocurrency payments β refunded in equivalent value at the prevailing rate, usually within 24 hours.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please contact us and we'll provide the transaction reference so you can follow it up with your bank.
7. Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If our service has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund or replacement and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the problem is minor, we're entitled to choose between repairing the service, replacing it, or offering a refund.

8. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply not renewing β there's no auto-billing trap. Once your active period ends, the service stops. If you'd like to cancel earlier and request the unused portion to be refunded, this is only possible within the first 7 days of the current billing period and falls under the standard refund process described above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with a clearly stated "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to refunds already requested under a previous version of the policy.
