We act as a service provider — we don't manufacture, broadcast, or own the content streamed through our system.
Each subscription is intended for personal, household use on the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan. Reselling, redistributing, or making the service available to third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Free trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the service before committing. The trial:
- Is limited to one trial per person, household, and device.
- May come with a slightly limited channel selection compared to the full subscription.
- Does not require a credit card or any payment information.
- Expires automatically after 24 hours unless you choose to subscribe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a trial if we detect abuse, automated sign-ups, or attempts to bypass the one-trial limit.
6. Subscriptions, pricing, and payment
Subscription plans, durations, and prices are listed on our Subscription page. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include or exclude GST as displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you authorise us (or our payment partner) to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Subscriptions are activated within minutes after payment is confirmed.
Sydney IPTV does not auto-renew subscriptions silently. We'll always send you a renewal notice before your subscription ends so you can choose whether to continue.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions if we can't resolve a verifiable technical issue on our side. Please review the full Refund Policy for details and exclusions.
8. Account responsibilities
When we issue you with login credentials (M3U/Xtream Codes line, app login, etc.), you are responsible for keeping them confidential. You agree:
- Not to share your credentials with anyone outside your immediate household.
- Not to use the service on more devices than your plan allows simultaneously.
- To notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- That we may suspend or terminate any subscription found to be shared, resold, or used in breach of these Terms, with no refund.
9. Acceptable use
When using our service, you agree not to:
- Resell or sublicense access to anyone outside your household.
- Record, copy, redistribute, or publicly broadcast the streams.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with the service's normal operation or with other customers' use.
Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension of your subscription, with no refund and possible legal action.
10. Internet, devices, and minimum requirements
You're responsible for the internet connection and devices you use to stream. We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K content, plus a relatively modern device (Smart TV from 2018+, Android Box, Apple TV, Fire TV Stick 4K, Mag box, or a recent computer/phone).
We're not responsible for streaming issues caused by your internet provider, Wi-Fi quality, VPN configuration, outdated hardware, or third-party apps you install yourself.
11. Service availability and uptime
We work hard to keep our service running smoothly and target a 99.9% uptime. However, like any digital service, occasional maintenance windows and unplanned outages can happen. We'll communicate proactively when we can.
Channel line-ups, on-demand titles, and event coverage may change without notice as broadcasters and rights-holders adjust their offerings. We don't guarantee that any specific channel or event will be available for the full duration of your subscription.
12. Content and copyright
Sydney IPTV does not own, produce, or claim copyright over the content streamed through our system. We expect customers to use the service in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure on our DMCA page.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription, with no refund, if you:
- Breach these Terms or our acceptable use policy.
- Share or resell your credentials.
- Issue a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
- Engage in abusive behaviour towards our support team.
You can stop using the service at any time. Cancellation requests, where allowed under the Refund Policy, must be sent via WhatsApp or email.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we may choose to repair the service, replace it, or refund you.
16. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service, the law, or our business practices. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
